Employees are ridiculously rude. Employee at station 4 . To begin, she did not return my "goodmorning" comment. It looked like she had no reason to be happy to live. I place my papers on her desk and she would not take them unless they were in her hand. She repeated "I need the all the papers you showed to the front desk" about 4 or 5 times before she reached for them. As I said I was there to take a test, she allege that the lady at the front desk told me somthing. Clearly she did not. I told her "the lady at the front just looked at my paper work, gave me a ticket to wich she wrote on. But the employee at station 4 alleged she told me some instructions. I was there, I know that she did not give me instructions. She treated my like property, spoke so softly on perpose because she has a strong voice when she was getting on to me for no physically handing her all the papers I showed the front desk. HOWEVER, she was all to happy to reach for the money I had to pay to take a test. After the test ended, I waited, since I had never taken this test before. I asked politely, "may I go now I passed my test". She stoped, and looked at me glaring and said "what did I tell you? What did I INSTRUCT you to do". Very embarrassing to be yelled at Infront of others. She did not show respect but rather a hatred to see people. I will not return, and I I'm offended and dissapointed in the condition of this dmv of Birmingham, locales on Bankhead hwy w.
